The 74th Republic Day was celebrated with pride and reverence at Salt Lake Point School. The school building was tastefully decorated with flower – pots, buntings and national flags. The ceremony began with the hoisting of the tricolour flag by The Respected School Secretary Sir. It was followed by the National Anthem to pay tribute to the motherland. The cultural celebrations included song and dance performances that generated loyalty and patriotism and showcased our rich historical, traditional and cultural heritage. The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity by their performances. The day was celebrated with great enthusiasm honouring the Constitution of India.
